FRESH STARTS:  The Art of Stumbling Forward
January 4-February 1, 2009

Jan. 4 --Good Stops for Good Starts
For any good thing to happen, something has to stop. Stopping is difficult. It can be scary. It is often risky. But, God always moves new things in after we help the old things end. This message will guide us to think about relationships, habits, our paths toward our dreams, and whether or not it is time to have a good stop to get a good start.

Jan. 11 --Church on the Back of a Napkin
God established the local church and promised to build it himself. River Valley exists because God led some great people to design a church that would reach and teach a whole mob of people. Do you know how we do that? Do you know what your role in the church is? Could you explain the River Valley mission and vision and strategy on the back of a napkin? We all will be able to after this simplified vision talk.
